After the Hirsch’s Indian Culinary Cooking Session, one of the guests, Matthew Pretorius, decided to try our a prawn curry recipe. much to the delight of his wife as this was the first time Matthew cooked for the family. For his effort of taking up cooking for the first time and to inspire him to continue cooking, CEO of Hirsch’s Homestore, Allan Hirsch, gifted Matthew with a Hirsch's cookbook!
Upon collecting his prize, Matthew was surprised to see Mr Hirsch doing the handover. Clearly starstruck, pictured below, Matthew could not stop smiling and asked the Milnerton PRO, Pasquel Domburg, ‘ Is the THE Allan Hirsch?’
