Kitchen tips for Domestic Workers at Hirsch’s Somerset West:



Recently Hirsch’s Somerset West invited the Domestic Worker Students from Helderberg Development Centre to bake cupcakes in their well equipped high performance LG kitchen. It is interesting to note that the Helderberg Development Centre has made a significant and long term difference to the problem of unemployment in the Helderberg Area though training and job placements.

As well as giving the students a thorough run down on the various appliances that they were likely to work with on a regular basis, Sales Consultants, Munadia Berhardien, Anton Smith and Clint Nicolas gave the students an introduction on the brand new SIEMENS Microwave/oven.

The training includes: how to work with appliances; how to clean and care for them and what cleaning chemicals to use. These training events are FREE of CHARGE.
