It is a 3 bike carrier with Thule additional bike adaptor (we found it more suitable for 24inch bike or smaller).
Attaches to the tow ball.
The lights are all in working order.
Has always been stored in the garage when not in use so is in good condition and in good working order.
Usual wear/scratches you'd expect from using.
Only selling as we now have four full-size mountain bikes to transport.
All locks are in working order with keys.
